colorfy is a data and insights-driven innovation company, where design meets engineering. With our interdisciplinary team of hardware, embedded and software engineers as well as designers and product managers, colorfy has to offer more. 


We often start with business development, business modeling, and digitalization concepts for our customers from scratch. Being data-driven, research and analysis is an integral part of colorfy's work. Our teams thereafter design and engineer the necessary software and hardware, build prototypes and accompany our customers in an iterative approach, until we reach mass production and, in many cases, even further.


We’re looking for a driven, organized, and technophile Product Manager to join our cross-functional team. As a Product Manager at colorfy, you will work with a fast-paced international solution provider and manage the implementation of our innovative services and products in an agile manner in collaboration with your peers and our international client, one of the leading brands in the consumer goods industry.

You are responsible for…

  • You will be the central point of contact for our clients and help translate their high-level product needs into a tangible product that users will love
  • You will guide and support the development of new product concepts and ideas in collaboration with our team
  • Together with our client and the team you create documented product and feature roadmaps
  • You engage the client and product stakeholders to gather specific product requirements and organize the product backlog in versions, epics and stories. You prioritize and sequence the backlog of epics/ user stories/ tasks according to business value and define the sprints
  • You are accountable for all product requirements being met and find solutions together with the team
  • You create and maintain the product documentation
  • You ensure that agreed-upon milestones are met in time and within budget and celebrate the team's successes!
  • You contribute and support a culture within the team that supports effective and iterative cross-team collaboration towards a shared goal by motivating the team through clear goals and providing input and feedback


You succeed in this role…

  • Having at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, related to digital or technical products incl. apps, websites, connected consumer hardware (IoT), etc.
  • You have worked in multi-disciplined teams of at least 10 people
  • You can think from the viewpoint of an end-user and define product features around the user’s needs
  • You are a conceptual thinker turning ideas into straightforward product features
  • You possess expertise in the agile product development process
  • With excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and work experience in an agency or consultancy role
  • With outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have a great sense of digital and technology trends
  • You have hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience using Miro and slack is preferred
  • You are fluent in English in spoken and written form. German is a big plus
